Sessions can help anyone who wants to look more clearly inward, to understand their own blocks, or to work with their fears. You come into the session as you are, regardless of age or prior experience. The only condition: your willingness to observe and to work with what shows up. If you're curious and open, then it's a fit.

I go toward essence. Direct, no detour. I don't work with flowers, rainbows, and pansies. That keeps us away from the truth. For me, fears and blocks are openings toward understanding. I work with mind, body, soul, and the energetic part, because they all communicate. I guide you to observe and to choose from your own power.

I work mostly with adults. For children and teens, the approach needs adaptations and usually collaboration with the parents. If you have a child who needs support, please contact me and let's talk about the situation. We can see together if and how we can work.

Of course. My work complements psychotherapy; they are different registers. I focus on energetic blocks, unconscious beliefs, and somatic symptoms; psychotherapy addresses other levels of emotion and behavior. If you have medical concerns, it's best to also consult a doctor. My work does not replace medical care.

Individual sessions have a rate between 150 and 250 lei, depending on the service. Divination is the one practice I offer on a donation basis — I carry it forward from old teachings and, out of respect for this lineage, each person gives as much as they feel and are able to. For the other services, if your financial situation is a real obstacle, we can also work on a donation basis or adapt the exchange in other forms. I do this to keep access open, regardless of financial situation. If that's your case, message me and we'll find a solution together.

Individual sessions have a rate between 150 and 250 lei, depending on the service (for example ThetaHealing® 220 lei, Shamanic practices 180 lei, most others 150 lei). Hatha Yoga has a separate rate: the individual session is 90 lei (group classes at the studio are 40–50 lei, shared on Instagram). Divination is offered on a donation basis. The first session is a conversation. We talk about what brings you to me, what you feel, what you've already tried. I look at your situation from several angles (mind, body, energy) and from there we choose together the tool that fits best. If it's divination, I do a reading. If it's ThetaHealing, I explore the blocks. It's adapted to you.

You don't have to choose. That's what the first session is for: the conversation in which we work together to see what fits. If you come with a specific fear, a physical pain, a question about who you are, I know which tools work better. I listen and I adapt.

It depends on you and on what you're working on. Some people feel a shift after one session; others benefit from several to deepen the process. I can't promise results. I notice that some people return because the work keeps developing. We discuss it after the first session. I'll be honest with you about what I think would fit.

Come as you are. No special ritual is needed, no particular clothes, no perfect state of mind. If you can, come from a quiet place where no one will interrupt you. If it's online, the same: a calm space. The only thing that matters is your openness to observe and to work with what shows up in the session.

Yes. I work online, at the studio, and in the forest, in Cluj-Napoca. Any format works; it depends on what suits you and on the method we choose. Online, the work goes just as deep. Energy is not limited by distance.

Yes. Energetic work and work with the unconscious are not limited by a screen. Some people feel even more comfortable online; they're in their own space, more relaxed. The difference is more about how you feel. Some prefer the studio, others the forest. You choose what suits you.

Yes, I work in the forest in Cluj. A session in nature is a different experience. Things happen more deeply, slightly differently than in the studio. The forest's energy supports the process. It depends on the method and the season. If you're interested, we'll talk directly. I'll explain how it goes and we'll see if it fits your situation.
