All methods are tools. We choose together.
"The Tao that can be told is not the eternal Tao." (道可道,非常道)
“For one who has conquered the mind, the mind is the best of friends. For one who has failed, the mind remains the greatest enemy.”
— Bhagavad Gita 6.6
What you don’t bring into awareness leads you. What you bring into awareness, you can change.
All methods are tools
For me, all methods are tools. Some fit one person better, others fit someone else. There is no universal path or “best” method. In the first session we do an evaluation. We get to know each other, talk about what brings you here and what you feel is stuck. From there, we choose together the path that suits you.
The aim stays the same regardless of method: to observe together what you think, what you feel in the body, what gets charged energetically. Once you see it, you can release, transform, or integrate what no longer serves you.
I work with four dimensions I see as connected: mind, soul, body, and the energetic part. They all communicate. If one is blocked, we work through another.
Format and duration
- At partner studios in Cluj-Napoca or other towns: flexible schedule, depending on the space. For the current schedule and rate of each place, follow my Instagram page or message me directly.
- At the studio: in Cluj-Napoca, in a safe and dedicated space.
- In the forest: in Cluj-Napoca, with the ground under your feet.
- Online: via video call.
- 60 minutes per session.
I speak Romanian and English. I take the time to make sure we understand each other.
Donation and open access
I work mainly on a donation basis, to keep access open and to make room for those who need these services, regardless of where they are in life. At certain circles, the donation can also be non-financial — for example, something brought for the shared space, like baked goods or other contributions that fit the context.
For some services there is also a fixed price, but if you need support and your financial situation is a real obstacle, we can talk openly and find a solution.
For me, the donation is a values choice: support should stay accessible, and those who can give more help, indirectly, those going through harder periods. I chose this model also because I went through moments when I would have loved to take part in certain practices or events but couldn’t afford to; the same happened with many people around me, like students.
First session: what to expect
The first session is a conversation. We sit and talk, no form, no fixed program.
In the first half hour we talk: about you, about what brings you here, about what you feel is happening. I ask questions that help you see your situation more clearly. After that, we decide together whether to go with a specific method and how.
A session usually lasts 60–90 minutes, depending on the work. Leave time after the session for integration. Your body and your energies need rest.
The day after can sometimes feel strange. Release processes are not linear. You may relive something, memories may surface, you may feel odd in the body. That’s part of the process. I’ll tell you what to do to feel well.
Have a question about the process?
Message me. I take the time to make sure we understand each other before scheduling any session.
