How we begin
If you’re not sure which kind of session to choose, I recommend starting with a holistic guidance session. It’s a flexible space where I use different techniques, depending on what comes up and what you need, from intuitive work to concrete, applied strategies.
It isn’t a passive “getting to know each other” session. We start working from the very first meeting.
The work process
Each session is built for you. We explore what’s happening in the present: thoughts, emotions, patterns, in order to identify the causes of what you’re facing, understand them more deeply, and find lasting solutions to transform your life the way you want.
After the session
It’s important to leave yourself space after a session. Sometimes things keep processing: emotions, memories, or different sensations in the body may surface. It isn’t linear and isn’t always comfortable, but it’s part of the process.
Rates and access
Rates for individual sessions are between 150 and 250 lei, depending on the service; Hatha Yoga has a separate rate (90 lei per individual session). Divination is offered on a donation basis.
If your financial situation is a real obstacle, there are a number of spots where we can adapt the exchange in other forms or on a donation basis. If that’s your case, we can talk openly.
Format and duration
I work in several formats, depending on what suits you:
- in Cluj-Napoca, at the studio, in a safe and dedicated space
- in nature (the forest), for those who feel they open up more easily outdoors
- online, via video call
- occasionally, at partner studios in Cluj-Napoca or other towns (the schedule varies with the space)
A session generally lasts between 60 and 90 minutes.
I speak Romanian and English, and I take the time to make sure we understand each other clearly.
