This site is a bilingual (Romanian and English) presentation site belonging to Vanessa Varvara, an independent practitioner based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Its purpose is solely informational: to describe the services offered and to facilitate direct contact.
The site does not process online payments, does not handle automated bookings, and does not collect data through forms. The only contact channel is WhatsApp.

Services offered
Vanessa Varvara offers the following guidance and alternative practice services:
- Holistic guidance: integrative session — working with mind, body, soul, and the energetic part as a whole
- ThetaHealing®: a certified technique for working with beliefs and the unconscious
- Divination: clarity through Tarot, I Ching, and tasseography (tea or coffee reading)
- Regression: guided exploration of memories, emotions, and older patterns
- Energy diagnosis and clearing: diagnosing and balancing the energetic field, with reconnection through sound healing
- Mediumship and clairvoyance: akashic reading and subtle perception, with clearing of the energetic field
- Shamanic practices: shamanic journeys and connection with self
- Personalized guided meditations: practice adapted to your need
- Hatha Yoga: practice for the body — pain, tension, blocked energy, imbalances
All these services are alternative and complementary practices. They are not medical or psychological treatments. They do not replace consultation with a doctor, psychologist, or other authorized specialist.

If you are facing an active medical, psychiatric, or psychological condition, please consult an authorized specialist first. Alternative practices can be used as a complement to medical or psychological care. They do not replace it.
No information presented on this site or during sessions constitutes medical advice and should not be treated as such.
Booking and payment
How to book a session
Bookings are made exclusively through WhatsApp, at 0750 290 119. There is no online booking system.
Rates
Individual sessions have a rate between 150 and 250 lei, depending on the service. Hatha Yoga has a separate rate: the individual session is 90 lei (group classes at the studio are 40–50 lei, shared on Instagram). Divination is offered on a donation basis.
If your financial situation is a real obstacle, we can adapt the exchange in other forms or on a donation basis. Access stays open — message me and we’ll find a solution together.
Payment methods
Payment is made by bank transfer, cash, or directly at the studio. There is no card processing or online payment. Bank details are communicated at confirmation.
Refund policy
Refunds are reviewed case by case. If something unexpected comes up, contact me on WhatsApp and we’ll find a reasonable solution together.
Cancellations

Please respect this notice period, both out of consideration for Vanessa and for other clients who could take that slot.
Professional confidentiality
Everything you share during a session stays strictly confidential. I don’t discuss the content of sessions with third parties.
There are two limited exceptions, applicable by law:
- Imminent risk: if there are clear indications that you or someone else is in immediate danger, I have a moral and, in certain circumstances, legal obligation to act.
- Judicial obligation: if a court orders the communication of information by judgment.
Outside these exceptional situations, confidentiality is absolute.
Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, images, page structure, visual materials) belongs to Vanessa Varvara or is used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the site’s content for commercial purposes without Vanessa Varvara’s written consent.
Citing or sharing fragments for personal, educational, or non-commercial purposes is allowed, provided the source is indicated.
Liability
The site and the information presented on it are offered “as is”, in good faith and with the intention of being useful. That said:
- Vanessa Varvara does not guarantee that services will produce a particular result.
- Clients act on their own responsibility regarding decisions made as a result of sessions or information from the site.
- Vanessa Varvara is not liable for personal decisions or actions of clients that derive, directly or indirectly, from the content of sessions or the site.
Alternative practices involve an active personal commitment. Results depend largely on you.
The services are intended for adults (minimum 18 years old). If you are a minor or you book a session for a minor, the presence or written consent of a legal guardian is required.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled by the competent courts in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
Changes to the terms
I may update these terms whenever necessary. The date in the “Last updated” field always reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance.
