Regression

What it is

Regression is a guided exploration of memories, emotions, patterns, and sometimes other contexts (other lives), starting from the idea that what you feel today and what repeats may have a deeper root. You stay conscious throughout. You access a deeper state of relaxation where the subconscious opens more easily.

The aim is to understand where a fear comes from, why a particular situation reactivates you, how a pattern from childhood or another context shapes your reactions today. Once you see it, you can release it.

What a session looks like

1. We talk about the theme you want to explore: a fear, an insecurity, a pattern.
2. I guide you into a deep meditative state, with voice and questions that open doors.
3. You let what happens, happen: images, sensations, memories, understandings come naturally.
4. You work with what arises, at your own pace, and toward the end of the session you arrive at an understanding, a release, a new perspective.
5. We come out of meditation gently and talk about what shifted.

Who it’s for

• For you if a fear or an emotion has followed you and you want to track its root
• If a pattern keeps repeating in relationships, work, life, and you want to understand it
• If you’ve had a hard experience and want to give it deeper meaning
• If mysterious physical sensations come from emotions buried deep

Format and duration

• Online: video call; regression works at a distance if you have a safe place
• At the studio: dedicated space, in Cluj-Napoca
• In the forest: in Cluj-Napoca, for an experience with more space
• 90 minutes per session (exploration needs time)

Rate

I work on a contribution basis. You pay what you feel you can; intention matters more than the amount.
