What it is

Personalized guided meditation is a practice built specifically for you, for what’s happening inside you right now. It can be for calming and releasing stress, for working with a specific emotion (fear, anger, self-loathing), for clarity, for connection with the future self, or for releasing a part of you that resists.

Each guidance is built in conversation with you, with a specific intention and a specific structure.

What a session looks like

  1. We talk about what you want: calming, working with an emotion, communicating with a part of you, accessing a deeper answer.
  2. I guide you into meditation with voice, images, sensations, and the intentions we identified.
  3. You don’t need to do anything, only follow what happens inside you: images, sensations, shifts.
  4. I close the session gently, letting what came in stay with you.

The practices can be a one-off, or they can become a series you repeat at home for consolidation.

Format and duration

  • Online: video call, from any safe place

Rate

I work on a contribution basis. You pay what you feel you can; intention matters more than the amount.
